Highlights from 2024
What a year it’s been!
Before closing the book on 2024 we wanted to take a moment to look back on this past year and collect some of our favorite highlights.
We hope you enjoy!
April 2024: Premiere production
In April we kicked things off with our first-ever production: Gaël Lieblang’s searing one-man show, Tu seras an homme papa.
Presented at Huntington Theatre’s Maso Studio, the performance brought together a new community of francophone and francophile theatre lovers from the greater Boston area.
August 2024: First season announcement
Springing from the success of our first show, we soon announced our first full season - with productions planned for Fall 2024 (La Femme à qui rien n’arrive) and Spring 2025 (Contre-temps).
November 2024: La Femme à qui rien n’arrive
November saw our return to the stage with La Femme à qui rien n’arrive.
This inventive and thought-provoking piece by Léonore Chaix drew new audience members to the Maso Studio, with multiple performances selling out over the course of the weekend.
While in Boston, the visiting French troupe also participated in a number of educational and community events - including class visits to the International School of Boston and Arlington High School, and a panel discussion at the French Library.
